Sill: Outdoor Closet

Inside the Sill Project, a comprehensive whole-home organizing project with modern flair.

This closet in the Sill Project is a multi-purpose space for storing pool necessities like towels and cold plunge products, as well other outdoor supplies like sunscreen, bug screen, and blankets for bonfires, and even outdoor entertaining accessories like tablecloths and vases. Right off of a little library space, it also stores oversized board games.

We love mixing materials to create a more dimensional look, and did so in this closet using a mix of woven and stretched leather bins, and seagrass bins on the middle shelves; vertical shelf dividers keep things neat up top; and a Steele Canvas basket for dirty laundry, with a strategically placed stackable washer/dryer in the adjacent closet.
